For some reason we have become bloggers.

Aside from a few pictures taken by one of Shayla's friends for our first anniversary, we have literally no pictures of us. Our only camera is a cheap little digital, that is nowadays pretty low quality. We always planned to get a better one, but never had the motivation to do so. We hope that this blog will encourage us to document our life, as unremarkable as it is, so that when years pass we won't be upset because we realize that we have no pictures or recorded stories of our early years of marriage. For a little kick-off treat here are some pictures from that first anniversary shoot.
